Purchase & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Direct deposit.

If you are ordering a special order gown, we have two payment options.

Option 1, we require a 50% deposit. With three monthly instalments from your nominated card.

Option 2, you can pay in full and receive 10% off the gown.

If you are a purchasing a gown off the floor, payment must be made in full. We will offer you discount and dry clean the gown complimentary before the wedding and/or collection from the Studio. Floor gowns must be taken home with you, until your fittings.

We will contact you via text, once confirmation has been sent by the designer. Included in the text will be your approximate delivery date and your two fittings scheduled in, on your behalf.

When the exciting day arrives, that you receive a text that your beautiful gown has arrived the Studio. We’ll confirm her arrival and your first fitting or kindly request you make a time to try on within two weeks of arrival to choose your accessories and take her home until your first fitting.
