Shipping Methods

  • FREE STANDARD AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING is provided.

  • All orders will be processed and dispatched from Canberra, Australia within 1-2 business days (excluding Australian public holidays or Studio closures).

  • DELIVERY ESTIMATES (NB: remote locations may take longer)

    • AUSTRALIA WIDE STANDARD: 7-14 business days via Australia Registered Postal Service.

  • All purchase transactions will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.

Postage & Handling

  • We offer FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY on all orders OVER $150.

  • Optional express for Australia is available for to be paid for by the Purchaser.

  • Inspection of goods is required upon receipt.

  • Delivery times specified in the ‘delivery confirmation email’ are an estimate only and Annabel’s Bridal Studio will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays.

  • While we use premium services, transit times are beyond our control.

  • All items are carefully packaged and shipped within 48 hours on Australian business days.

  • It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

Lost or Damaged Goods

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at Info@annabelsbridal.com.au within 7 working days of your expected delivery date so that we may assist you.

  • If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver and failure to do so, may invalidate any claim.

Care Instructions

  • Our jewellery is handmade and can be very fragile.

  • Please pay attention to any specific care instructions included with your item.

  • Jewellery containing glass, resin or semi-precious stones are delicate and should be handled with care.

  • Crystal or glass stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault.

  • If pressure is placed on the earring posts or if they are bent out of shape, they can become weak, which may result in breakage.

  • Please ensure to keep jewellery in its original packaging for safe keeping.

  • Cleaning with a soft cloth or warm soapy water is recommended when necessary but ensure all items are thoroughly dried afterwards.

  • Abrasive or chemical cleaners should never be used.

  • Due to the nature of gold and silver plating, the finish may rub off or discolour over time. This is natural wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

 

Variances in Semi-Precious Stones & Fabrications

  • Natural stones & fabrications may vary in colour and/or size.

  • Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, it may vary slightly from the photograph on the website.

  • Slight variations are desired.

  • We are unable to accept exchanges based on the individual characteristics of stones or fabrications.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds unless a manufacturing fault is evident.

  • Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene reasons or in the event of a change of mind.

  • For all other items you may exchange within 7 days from date of purchase and within 15 days for international orders.

  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping & re-shipping charges on exchanges.

  • Items not received within the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Returns must include the original packaging with tags attached and in the exact condition it was sent.

  • Tracking must be provided for all return shipments.

  • Items must not have been worn.

 

Refunds

  • Faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund is issued.

  • The faulty product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods.

  • Refunds we will credited via Secure Pay to the credit card used when making the purchase.

  • No returns or exchanges on sale items.

 

Faulty Items

  • All items are quality checked before they are dispatched.

  • The term ‘faulty’ specifically refers to a manufacturing defect when a product deviates from it’s intended design or purpose.

  • General wear and tear in the course of normal use is not deemed a manufacturing fault.

  • Annabel’s is not responsible for the following:

  • Damage resulting from mishandling.

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.

  • General wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.

  • Changes in the appearance of finishes over time.

 

Cancellations

  • Annabel’s reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, in which case all funds paid by the Purchaser will be returned.
